All payment processing for paid subscriptions is handled securely through Substack and its payment processors. The Center for Erotic Intelligence does not directly collect, store, or process your payment card information. All financial transactions are subject to Substack’s security standards and payment processor protocols.

6. Field Guide Story Submissions

If you submit a personal story for consideration as a Field Guide Story, please be aware that any information contained within your submission may be used in accordance with our Terms of Service and the contributor license outlined therein. We take the privacy of our contributors seriously. Identifying details including names, locations, and other personally identifiable information will be altered prior to publication to protect contributor privacy.

7. Community Chat and Comments

EI Insider features a community chat and comments section accessible to subscribers. Please be aware that any information you voluntarily share in these public or semi-public spaces may be visible to other subscribers. Exercise discretion when sharing personal information in community spaces. The Center for Erotic Intelligence is not responsible for the use of information you voluntarily disclose in community chat or comments.

You may unsubscribe from EI Insider communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in every email. Please note that unsubscribing from EI Insider emails will cancel your subscription.

We retain your personal information for as long as your subscription remains active and for a reasonable period thereafter as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
